This week we are reviewing the Present Indicative tense. The following site provides a good explanation of regular and irregular conjugations. http://users.ipfw.edu/jehle/courses/present1.htm Answer the following questions in the present tense to practice: 1. Diga si pertenece a algún club o es miembro de un grupo u organización del colegio y explique por qué. 2. Diga todo lo que hace en la clase de español (hablar, leer, escribir, a veces traducir) y explique por qué merece una buena nota. 3.  Describa a un(a) profesor(a) y a dos compañeros de clase. Use adjetivos de esta lección. 4. Mencione a dos amigos o compañeros y diga cómo son y a qué deportes juegan o instrumentos tocan. ¡Por fin, llega Junio! 1. Copy notes on writing. 2. Carefully look over your writing that I return to you. What type of errors do you commonly make? 3. Write about the following task: Your pen pal from Chile has asked you what you do during your weekends. In Spanish, write a letter to your friend in Chile telling him or her about what you did last weekend. In your letter you may want to mention: • several activities  • a description of each activity  • who was with you  • when the activity took place  • whether you enjoy the activity  • chores you must do  • routine events at home  • why you do one or more of the activities Your answer should be written entirely in  Spanish and should contain a minimum of 100 words. Place names and brand names written in Spanish count as one word. Contractions are also counted as one word.
